Marble Slab stock program ready for the “switch.”

This is another win for Master Brands and our customer, especially for everyone involved in making the “switch.” Over the past year Erin Walter with GFG Management (owners of Marble Slab), has been talking about a uniform change. We first supplied virtual mocks of items, and then sent samples of those items, screen printed and embroidered; for Erin to show and make a final decision. While working on these with Erin, we pro-actively started reducing the overall numbers of current Marble Slab stock so that we would be ready for the change over to the new uniforms. When I received the new stock report of uniform pieces on-hand on February 17, I was very pleased. The stock is definitely at levels that will make it easy for all of us to make a change immediately. I emailed Erin to let her know we were ready and she was very impressed, and she gave approval to have the “switch” happen within the last month.

Great job to Danielle, Brady, Daniel, Jason, Racheal and everyone else that supported the Marble Slab switch.

Who Do You Trust?

Trust is defined this way:
n.
1. Firm reliance on the integrity, ability, or character of a person or thing.

When you’re talking about investing your money into a uniform program, a program that is the branding for your company it’s it’s important to trust the people that are providing that service. You need to know that the product is going to hold up through normal wear and tear, and not break down with the simplest of work. You also need to know that your brand or logo stands out and the most of diligence was used in making it. You also need to know that when you need product you’ll be able to get it without any lag time. It’s also important that the people that you’re dealing with are honest, and have your interest at heart. That’s where Master Uniform comes in.

    1. We Make The Uniforms – We use what specifications that your company desires and make it the way you want it made.
We Decorate The Uniforms – After the product is made, we then decorate them to your expectations.
We Stock The Uniforms – Next is an important step in the process. We know how important it is that you have access to your uniforms. Depending on your needs, we keep ample stock of each product.
We build the Easy-Order website – You need to be able to order your products at will, so we set up an easy-order website to make that possible.
We Pull The Orders – We personally pull your order, we don’t farm that job out to another company, we make sure that your order is what you’ve personally specified.
We Pack The Orders – We then make sure that your package is shipped in a way that it gets to you in the same condition that it was in when we pulled it.
We Ship Direct To Your Location – The final step in the process is shipping. If you need the product tomorrow, we get it to you tomorrow. If it’s not needed for a week, we get it to you then. What you need, you get.
  • We believe so much in our products and service that we don’t hold you to a contract. If at any time in the process you want to walk away you can. We believe that won’t happen though, because you’re going to like what you get from Master Brands.

    The Importance of Corporate Uniforms

    By John F Black

In an era where each individual is unique in their clothing style choices, many corporations have found it necessary to require their employees wear corporate uniforms. Some may be upset by the idea of being told exactly what to wear to work each day, while others may welcome the idea of not having to think about what to wear. Ultimately, there are many important reasons why a company would require you to wear a uniform.

One of the main important reasons why many corporations have turned to uniforms is that it helps the company to market their name. When your employees are wearing custom made uniforms with your embroidered name and logo on them, you are continuously exposing your customers to your logo. If you choose a specific combination of colors, your customers begin to identify those colors with your company. Proper marketing is all about continuous exposure and what better way to continuously expose your company then with your employees clothing.

Another reason why corporate uniforms have become so popular, is that it takes away the need to constantly check and regulate the dress code. A company’s image is determined by its employees. If your employees are dressed inappropriately, it makes your company look bad. Imposing a dress code on your employees can be difficult enforce, seeing how some individuals may take it personally if they are told that their attire is inappropriate. So to simplify things and to make for neat and clean appearances, many companies now choose to have uniforms.

If your business is a service based business like a hotel, airline, or even store, corporate uniforms help your clients to identify the employees. When you have a company where a lot of individuals from the outside come in, if your employees are dressed similar it can leave your customers guessing who works for you. By wearing uniforms, you take the guess work out and your customers will know exactly who they need to turn to for help.

As you can see adding corporate uniforms to your company’s policy can help you in so many ways, whether its marketing, keeping a great image or providing your customers with excellent service.

If you feel that your company is in need of a uniform program, then Master Brands is the place for you. We offer uniform programs of all sorts. From Custom Printed T-shirts to full fledged Fire Resistant Gear, we can meet any need your company might have.
